PicPrep refunds

• Within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. This covers your first payment and every renewal. You get your money back in full, and you do not have to say why.
• How to ask. Use the "Manage subscription" link in Settings → Licence, reply to your receipt email, or write to support@getpicprep.com.
• Who refunds you. Polar, the Reseller that sells PicPrep, makes the refund to the card or account you paid with.
• After 14 days. If PicPrep does not work as described on your computer and I cannot fix it, I will refund you.
• Your projects. A refund ends the licence it paid for. PicPrep then keeps opening every project so you can look at your work, but editing and exporting are paused. Nothing is deleted.
• Your statutory rights. This policy does not limit any right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
