PicPrep support

[DRAFT - lawyer review pending. Not legal advice. Remove this line only after an Israeli lawyer has reviewed this policy.]

PicPrep is made by one person, Tal Afek. Here is what you can expect.

How to get help

From inside PicPrep. Use Help → Report a bug or Suggest a feature. Your report includes the details needed to find the problem, and you see everything in it before you send it.
By email. Write to support@getpicprep.com. Include your operating system, your PicPrep version (Help → About) and what happened.
Security problems. Write to security@getpicprep.com, or use Help → Report a security problem. See https://getpicprep.com/security/ for how security reports are handled.
Subscription, payment or licence problems. For receipts, refunds, cancelling, changing plan or moving a licence, use the "Manage subscription" link in Settings → Licence (the Reseller's customer portal), or the Reseller support contact on your receipt.

Best effort. I read every message and answer most within [a few working days]. There is no guaranteed response or fix time, and no phone, chat or remote support.
Bugs. I put first the problems that lose work, block exporting or affect many people, and security problems. A fix arrives in a future release if and when I can make one.
The newest version. Every copy is offered the newest version, so support is for the newest version. If you are on an older one, please update first.
Ideas. Ideas are welcome, and are public so others can vote for them. Suggesting a feature does not mean it will be built.
What is not included. Custom features, help with other software, and photography or editing advice.

For any reason, within 14 days of a payment. See https://getpicprep.com/legal/refunds.html.

Your copy keeps working. See section 9 of the terms of use at https://getpicprep.com/legal/terms.html.
